Critical Support & Guidance
Becoming a member of The Seeker Society, you will be placed in a small curated cohort of 6-8 job seekers called your 'Job Search Collective'. You will remain in a collective until you secure a job.
Next Step Collectives serve as a shared learning environment; connecting empathic peers to support, motivate and hold each other accountable. Collectives are safe spaces to gain and share feedback, ideas, market knowledge and referrals. Most importantly, collectives will help reset the emotional balance needed to persevere.
Your collective will meet virtually for 1-hour on a weekly basis to share and discuss progress, challenges and wins. Collectives will be moderated to help guide seekers based on best practices and hold seeker accountable in weekly goals.
